I haven’t used this for walking or jogging, but it works very well to add some weight for exercises like push-ups or lunges. It does add a little bulk, but not much and doesn’t get in the way, and allows adjustments. It feels well built and allows for weight adjustments. This vest definitely will add some weight to your workout! It's black and should fit in easily with most work out clothes. We haven't had a chance to try it as the individual that would be using it is not well, but as soon as they're better we'll have them give it a good try on and use in a workout. Great starter trainer weighted vest. It's only 12 pounds which is a great starting point if you area already physically active - which you should be if you are considering this product. It provides excellent value as it adds to your workout plan. Doing upper body? Going for a walk/run/jog? Leg day - time to do some squats? This weighted vest will enhance each of these workouts. The fit is great for my frame (46" chest) and I can really tell that I'm putting in extra work after wearing this for a half day doing chores around the house or after a 3 mile run while wearing it, etc. It has front pockets that can hold your phone, wallet, etc.
Loving this weighted vest. It is just the correct extra weight for getting around, it is not meant as a heavy squat bar. But try doing Zumba with this on and your legs will get a huge workout. I like how this grips the body. It is well made and comfortable to wear for a weight vest that is.
